The best part about this post is that I get to direct everyone to the many places where you can initiate an investigation with me directly. A lot of the calls and messages I get consist of, “I have never done this before. How do I start?” Don’t feel alone. It is a small percentage of the population that have engaged the services of a private investigator. But, when you need one, they can be difficult to locate and contact.
I have tried to make this process seamless so you can rest easy knowing that an experienced team is on the job to get the results you need.
Step 1 – Easy Ways Reach Us
The main items you will see on our website are the “Contact Us” or “Request a Call” buttons. Once you click these, you will see the number 256-513-9719 appear on your phone. You can call or text this number and someone will respond to you within the hour between 8-6 pm, Monday – Friday. If it is late at night or on the weekends, you will still get a response, but the call may come the following day. Our busiest times for surveillance are on the weekends so you may or may not get an answer right away.
We do not use an answering service. If you leave a message, the message goes directly to an investigator and you will receive a confirmation text within minutes and a phone call within the hour. An investigator will establish a time with you to go over your concerns.
You can also reach us through Facebook. We are very active on Facebook with interactions and informative posts. Use the Messenger link to ask your questions and to set up a time to talk. LinkedIn is another medium we interact with. You can connect with us there and ask questions through LinkedIn‘s messaging service.
We do not tweet, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, or any of the other platforms that are available. We have tried these and get very little interaction.
You can also email your questions using the form on our website or by emailing directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a response and a time will be established to consult with you about your concerns. The 30 minute consultation does not cost anything. We will get to the root of your problem, establish a plan, and determine if we are the right fit for your situation within the 30 minute timeframe.
If you click on any of the hotlinks on the website, you will be immediately directed to our company phone number. Here, you can either call or text and schedule a meeting. It is really easy to reach us.
Step 2 – Consultation
I conduct free 30 minute consultations. These can be scheduled in-person, through a phone call, or video chat. Whatever your preference, I will ask you a few questions to see if we are the right fit for your case. If we are the right fit, at the end of the 30 minute session, I will ask you if you want to pay the retainer and move forward. Here you will pay with cash, credit card, or check. Sometimes people like to sleep on the decision and call back in the future. There is no pressure to make a decision. We want to ensure that you get the information you need to move forward.
Step 3 – Starting The Investigation
After you pay the retainer, you will receive a series of questions by email, in-person, or over the phone. These questions are specific to the subject or subjects we are investigating. It is important that you answer as thoroughly as possible. But, if you don’t know the answer to all of the questions, we will still move forward and develop the case.
Another requirement is to sign a retainer agreement that outlines what we are doing and what you expect us to do. This is required so there are no questions as to our scope of work and eliminates “scope creep”. This happens when a clear scope of work is not outlined in the beginning and the case time or activities increase significantly. We don’t mind the extra work but our time has to be compensated.
After the case starts, you will receive updates via text message or phone call throughout the time of the retainer. You will also receive access to your case in Crosstrax. Here you will be able to see real-time inputs and evidence from investigators.
Communicating with us and starting a case is extremely easy. You can always call, text, email, or message us and get a timely response. We are here to consult with you to get the best possible result so you can move forward with your life.
